We start this season right off where we left you last season, with absolutely compelling story lines and the ultimate out-of-the-box cliff-hanger! 26 out of 30 dispensary permits have been bought and sold in the City of Sacramento. A complex criminal conspiracy which could render 26 dispensary permits worthless; and ultimately cost City Hall millions in fees, fines, and lawsuits. Weezyleaks.com promises to expose all the players involved in this high stakes game of cannabis chess.
Hey professor, A little history if you don’t mind.
The Sacramento City ordinance specifically prohibits the transfer of cannabis dispensary permits, either directly or indirectly. If ownership is transferred, the dispensary permit is subject to “automatic revocation” without recourse; no appeal rights; absolutely shit out of luck. That’s right; the absolutely shit-out-of-luck right to appeal. These rogue dispensaries are operating without a valid operating permit, and therefore breaking the law … and the City adverts her eyes; authorities do nothing; intentionally allowing these unlawful dispensary’s to operate, and flourish, flouting city, and state law, all the while depriving other qualified owners their right to operate a medical cannabis dispensary.
WEEZYLEAKS.com has the irrefutable proof showing these dispensary permits have been transferred and therefore invalid. WEEZYLEAKS.com will show the original owner/applicant and the current owner are not the same entities on 26 cannabis dispensary’s.
City Hall is under assault; 2 current lawsuits and more lining up for a class action which is practically around the corner; a potential federal investigation; two dozen unlawful and invalid dispensary permits, and the owners who bought them; tons of unscrupulous businessmen and the shit-bag lawyer’s who represent them; throw in a good measure of Sacramento News and Review; and a dash of City Council and there you have it folks … a recipe for sweet chaos … welcome to it … Joe Devlin, Sacramento’s new cannabis chief.

SAC CITY SUED BY ANOTHER LOCAL DISPENSARY OWNER! That’s two folk’s! Can you say, CLASS ACTION? You were warned Brad Wasson; now’s its only a matter of time before the fed come knocking. Weezyleaks.com will contrast and compare Wasson’s crimes and misdemeanors with those of Dan Rush; a cannabis official who recently plead guilty in federal court for abusing his position and accepting bribes when determining which applicant’s received dispensary permits in the east bay area.
HUGS Alternative Care, 26th dispensary permit; SOLD! Kimberly Cargile, a local cannabis protagonist, unlawfully bought Hugs Dispensary. Cargile also unlawfully owns A Therapeutic Alternative. Sac City has replaced Brad Wasson with Joe Devlin formerly Chief of Staff for Council-Member Schenirer; but Schenirer is still directing this mess. Practically nobody is buying Schenirer’s overpriced cannabis business permits, which translates into much less money then expected. This money was earmarked to fund 30 plus new employee positions, as well as Joe Devlin’s new 6 digit salary. So instead of changing bad policy.; Schenirer and co. decide to bully home growers in Sacramento City.
Speaking of which … the science behind the estimates to justify the 30 plus new employee positions … is categorically the science of guessing. Yes, that’s true … City Hall just guessed … that’s how they determined why we need 30 plus new cannabis employee positions in Sacramento.
