LOCAL DISPENSARY OWNER SPENDS 30 DAYS IN JAIL; RETALIATION FOR EXPOSING JOY PATERSON’S ROLE IN FACILITATING SAC CITY’S PAY TO PLAY SCHEME TO BUY AND SELL 25 PLUS DISPENSARY PERMITS. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE REVOCATION OF THE TRANSFERRED PERMIT. 25 DISPENSARIES ARE OPERATING WITHOUT A VALID PERMIT IN SACRAMENTO; AND THEREFORE ILLEGALLY ACCORDING TO STATE LAW.
After her role in the Sac City pay to play scheme she helped facilitate was exposed, Joy Patterson, a major player in a group of people defrauding the public, secretly ordered the unlawful arrest of a local dispensary owner. The dispensary owner is currently suing the City of Sacramento; exposing Brad Wassan, and Joy Patterson among other’s.
Patterson strikes back. On February 6th, 2018; an illegal search and seizure lead by Patterson’s Code Enforcement; who’s jurisdiction is questionable at best. Under the ostensible guise of a “cultivation” inspection. Code enforcement illegally and without legitimate authority detained and had local dispensary owner wrongfully arrested. This action coincidentally coincides with the civil courts ruling made that very day; allowing Plaintiff (Dispensary owner) to amend the complaint; whereby Joy Patterson’s unlawful activities will be highlighted and clarified.
Think on this; 25 dispensaries operating without a valid permit; that’s a minimum of 25 million dollars of revenue … not a trivial amount … and look it’s probably more than 25 million. No this is pretty huge; significant money on the line. If these dispensaries go away … that’s a lot of money. Throw in the indisputable fact the armenian russian mob owns at least half of those 25 dispensaries. You cannot script drama better then this …
And the charge faced by this local dispensary owner … operating without a valid permit. Hmmm i guess this will be a good test to determine the lawfulness of the Cities dispensary permitting process; corrupt as it is. Seems like there will be a few city officials taking the stand … possibly incriminating themselves defending their role in this corruption.
