420 MD; and local medical clinic has been operating in Sacramento Valley since Sept 2010. It was opened by an unscrupulous businessman WAYNE JOHNSON, ATTY DAVE SYME and GARIB KARAPETYAN; known Russian- Armenian mob boss.

State law requires that any practicing medical clinic must be owned and operated by a licensed doctor. However, 420 MD is owned by the Karapetyan flavor of Russian-Armenian mob, and therefore is operating unlawfully. 420 MD is not owned by a licensed doctor. 420 MD also has medical clinic’s operating unlawfully in Oakland and Berkeley as well.

Word on the street is that the Fed’s have already picked up on this crime, and have began an investigation/prosecution. WeezyLeaks has learned that, the daughter of well known cannabis lawyer Bruce Margolin; Allison Margolin represents the Karapetyan’s in Federal Court.

Also, to add further credence to our story; WeezyLeaks recently received a tip; an independent verifiable confirmation from another unsolicited source which confirms we are on the right track with regards to the activities and ownership by the Russian crime family; Karapetyan’s.
