Mayor Steinberg is willfully blind. Attempting a white-wash which makes us suspect there is more to Karapetyan’s campaign donation. You all know what a white-wash is; it’s the MAYOR calling for a “temporary” ban on transfers of dispensary permits, when the ordinance already prohibits dispensary permit transfers. The Mayor is conflicted; apparently, otherwise why would he misrepresent the code unless he has a vested interest (conflicted) in the dispensaries which have been bought and sold? Not a good look for the Mayor in our opinion.
