Hello everyone; in this issue of WEEZYLEAKS 2.0 we will expose the links between the Karapetyan’s, City Hall, 420MD and the Russian Mob. 420MD, a known medical marijuana clinic operating at 2100 WATT AVE, continues to operate; apparently in defiance of a recent closure announcement made by the original doctor(s) this past July. While conducting our investigation, WEEZYLEAKS 2.0 confirmed the 420MD Clinic on WATT remains open. It appears that the Doctors involved in the 420MD criminal enterprise have abandoned the ship; leaving the rats (Russian mob) to scurry about.
WEEZYLEAKS.COM recently received new information from our source confirming that an official investigation by federal authorities is underway. The prosecutors in this case have identified Mykhailo Melankov with ties to the Russian mob and alleging corruption and organized crime. This dated news article provides critical information from the federal prosecutors alleging the owner, Melankov of breaking federal law, money laundering and activities linked to the Russian mob. Prosecutors believe all of the 420 MD clinics are operating unlawfully; in Sacramento, San Jose, Oakland, and Berkeley. In the following news article; a federal investigator, Ralph Hughes says its organized crime.
We are talking million’s of dollars. “There’s an awful lot of money that we think has moved out of the country. When we did the search warrant for Malenkov we found stacks of shipping receipts, where packages were being sent back to the Ukraine. I am certain there are others above Malenkov who are Eastern Bloc who are controlling the money,” Hughes said.
When asked him why he is going after marijuana doctors, Hughes had a quick reply: “This has nothing to do with marijuana. It has to do with organized crime. It has to do with corruption.”
To summarize what we have so far: we have 420MD operations under investigation for felonious Criminal activity and money laundering. We have the owner Melankov; who owns all four clinic’s in four cities; facing felony charges. Finally we have Federal authorities linking Melankov and the 420MD clinic’s back to the Russian mob in Ukraine. Hang in there; almost half way folks!
Melankov and associates have been charged with felonies, and criminal prosecution is currently underway. As we disclosed in our previous post, 420 MD was established by Garib Karapetyan, Wayne Johnson, and Dave Syme in Sept 2010. The Karapetyan’s shield themselves as much as possible; so they put a guy like Melankov in the owner seat; he is paid a share for acting as the head of the organization; but it is the Karapetyan Mob holding the strings.

Who is Gayane Baran-Karapetyan? WEEZYLEAKS.COM 2.0 has confirmed Gayane Baran is also known as Gayane Karapetyan, Diane Kara, and Gayane Karapetyan. G Karapetyan also faces criminal prosecution alongside of Melankov and others. Gayane Karapetyan was the day to day manager of operations. Gayane Karapetyan paid the bills and distributed the money to the other co-conspirator’s.
Gayane Karapetyan is the link that connects the Karapetyans’ to 420 MD; and the Russian Mob. We have previously shown that a connection with the Karapetyan’s exist between Brad Wassan, Joy Patterson, and City Hall. To be clear; this is the same Russian mob WEEZYLEAKS.COM exposed for unlawfully owning 10 plus dispensary permits here in town, in a Pay to Play scheme facilitated by Brad Wassan and other’s at City Hall.
Gayane Karapetyan is also being investigated and prosecuted as part of the 420 MD scheme to operate a medical clinic as an unlicensed professional. This scheme perfectly illustrates how the Karapetyan’s operate. The Karapetyan’s have a friends or relative … someone with whom they have close ties, to act as the gatekeeper. In this situation it was Gayane Karapetyan who represented the Karapetyan Mob’s financial interest; collected the money, paid the expenses and disbursed the money as appropriate.
The Karapetyan’s try to stay as far from the crime as possible without losing control. Melankov is essentially a “Fall Guy” … the guy who takes the heat. Each operation the Karapetyan’s setup … they have a “fall guy” who owns the business and a “manager” who represents their interest’s;’ and collects the money. This same process is duplicated throughout this scheme.
Just as important: this is exactly how the Karapetyan’s command, control, and operate 10 plus dispensary permits while Sac City Hall conveniently looks the other way!
So there you have it folks … the Sac City Hall – Russian Mob connection. Melankov and 420 MD are connected to the Karapetyan’s; both have alleged connections to the Russian mob in Ukraine; and we have previously and again linked Sac City Hall with the Russian mob through Brad Wassan and the Karapetyan’s who have perpetrated the dispensary permit buy and sell; pay to play scheme. Its a complicated pseudo-crime-web that leaves your head spinning trying to wrap yourself around the implications.
