The following information was provided to Weezyleaks.com by an anonymous source(s) close to operations in the Karapetyan crime family. Weezyleaks.com has vetted this information and finds the source credible and information factual. This information provides independent confirmation of previously sourced information already known to Weezyleaks.com.
Garib and Joe KARAPETYAN are the acting heads of this organized crime family. This family secretly owns, operates and controls at least 10 dispensaries in town, and at least 3 doc shops. The Karapetyan’s have been linked to 420MD and organized crime in an ongoing federal investigation; Garib Karapetyan represents himself as Justin Kiano representing a company called Herbal Consulting; Herbal Consulting has links to his Family grow biz and brand called Mr. Natural.
The Karapetyan’s originally started with just one dispensary. AMC Dispensary; the original owner/applicant is Joe Karapetyan. By exploiting their relationship with City Hall i.e. Wassan and co.; the Family has been able to unlawfully amass a whopping 10 dispensaries or more.
WEEZYLEAKS found this 2011 News Article wherein Justin “Karapetyan” claims ownership of THC dispensary located in Sacramento; as then, as now … Karapetyan is not listed on the permit; nevertheless Karapetyan owns THC dispensary. Until recently Karapetyans worked hard to keep their name off permits.

The cultivation activities alone should give you pause … especially if you are a cultivator thinking of selling your weezy to one of these dispensaries. It just isn’t gonna happen; the Karapetyan owned dispensaries are not going to buy your weezy; they are going to buy their weezy from the Families grow business; Mr. Natural. You can bet the other groups buying these dispensary permits are going to buy from the business or themselves as well.
The Family also owns 420101.com. Any club in the Sacramento News and Review, with the 420/101 logo is owned by Karapetyans. They used to feature the logo’s prominently in Sacramento News and Review(SNR), but once the word got around; dispensaries have since removed the logo from their advertisements. The dispensaries currently advertise on the 420/101 website. They own multiple Doc offices as well. They own large grow operations in town and in the hills. They have multiple business they use to launder the huge amounts of money they amass … up to 25k per day.
So … there you have it folks. An insiders story about the Karapetyan Family and their unlawful activities. The Karapetyan family is one of the 4 or 5 groups involved in the conspiracy to implement a Vertical Monopoly in the Sacramento region. They are also a major consolidator of more then 10 dispensary’s and own at least 3 “Doc Shops” in Sacramento alone. No doubt they have dispensary’s in other cities … shingle springs for example … probably even in other states.
