Over the past few emails: WeezyLeaks.com disclosed relevant information regarding Vertical Integration concepts, and the consolidators attempting to implement a Vertical Oligopoly in the Sacramento regional cannabis market. WeezyLeaks.com postulated that the city of Sacramento is a complicit partner in crime.
While it is certain that Brad Wassan, City Manager’s Office and Joy Patterson, Senior Planning official has undeniably facilitated the buying and selling of dispensary permits in a “hub and spoke” conspiracy to commit fraud. It is less certain how deep this conspiracy goes down the Hall. WeezyLeaks.com did receive a response from Joy Devlin, Chief of Staff for council member Jay Schenirer:

Sacramento has been most welcoming to the industry. If there is corruption please send proof as that is. It the type of city we want to be. Minus any evidence it’s hard to take such claims seriously. WeezyLeaks.com posted and disclosed evidence in the form of disclosure regarding the invalid dispensary permit operated by Two Rivers dispensary. Weezyleaks.com posted undeniable, documented and easily validated proof that Twin Rivers is operating an invalid permit at 315 N. 10th St. Mr Devlin has not responded to the post. Weezyleaks.com continues to wait for a response from Mr. Devlin. It has been 3 weeks.
WeezyLeaks.com is interested in open dialog with Mr. Devlin and City Hall; to that end we leave an open invitation to City Hall to respond at any time; we will re-post remarks in their entirety.
So therefore it has been established that a conspiracy to buy and sell dispensary permits exist; the conspirators are interested in implementing a Vertical Oligopoly in the Sacramento Region. This oligopoly is a threat to ALL independent permit holders; both dispensary and cultivation permits.
